What You'll Be Doing: + Provide essential support for complex business litigation matters, from case initiation to resolution. + Manage and organize discovery, pleadings, and motions for high-stakes litigation. + Prepare draft legal documents, correspondence, and filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance. + Coordinate scheduling, court filings, and trial preparation for attorneys handling major business disputes. + Keep track of key deadlines, manage case files, and assist with trial preparation and post-trial motions. + Communicate directly with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel to ensure smooth case management.
