Welded wire mesh sheets (also referred to as welded wire panels or flat mesh sheets) are rigid, pre-fabricated grids constructed by welding intersecting longitudinal and transverse steel wires. Produced using automated electric resistance welding at every cross-section, these sheets remain flat and non-bending under pressure, maintaining precise uniform square or rectangular spacing throughout. Typically fabricated from thick-gauge they are highly prized in civil engineering and building infrastructure as reinforcing fabric to distribute structural loads and limit cracks in concrete slabs, roadways, and tunnels. Due to their high strength, flush-cut edges, and cut-resistant design, these modular sheets are also heavily utilized in industrial applications for infill panels, machinery guards, safety partitions, and security fencing.
